The development concept of "1um precision product" is that we standardized the following Size and Specifications. A most appropriate product can be selected depending on the application.
- Can be used as a master forAxis Straightness inspectionin various machine tools, semi conductor related equipment, inspection Equipment, etc.
- Can be used as a straightness standard during Axis assembly adjustment.
- Can be used as inspection master for machine parts.
- The use surface has Precision lapping finishing
- Precision surface is 1 surface only
- The precision surface is graduated excluding 20mm for both edges.
